I have a Premium membership, yet cannot access any of the features. This is not the first time this issue has occurred. My membership automatically renews each monthand is due for renewal on July 13th. The last time this occurred, you did something on your end to rectify the problem. Please assist - thank you.

When you email us, could you also include the following information:
- The MyFitnessPal account Premium was purchased under
- The platform Premium was purchased from (Android, iOS, Web)
- A screenshot/copy of the Premium receipt?
