I just signed up today, https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/questions/newand it's showing someone else, not my profile name, i have tried to click on 'settings" but when i click anything i get kicked out. I am sick of this and very very frustrated. I am doing this online, don't have a phone to use apps. i need my profile deleted asap.

Hello cherylm39,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We are aware of this bug affecting the Firefox browser and hope to have a fix as soon as possible. You can track updates on this bug on our Website Known Issues page.

While we realize this isn’t a solution, most members can use the app or another web browser as a workaround until we release a fix. Perhaps you’ll have better luck with Chrome or Safari.

To ensure that accounts and related data are deleted only by the account’s owner, our support team cannot honor deletion requests received via email. To delete your account once you’ve logged in, click “My Home” then “Settings” then “Delete account.” Please note: if you delete your account it cannot be recovered. Please also note it may also take our outbound email system up to 72 hours to remove you from our email rotation.

If you are still having trouble, please contact us here, so we can triage this with you through email.

Kind Regards,

Ripley

Hello again,

Wanted to follow up here in this thread. We believe the issue with members getting logged out repeatedly when using Firefox should now be fixed. If you’re still having trouble, please clear your browser cache/cookies to ensure the fix is propagated to your machine. If you’re still having trouble after that, please let us know.

Best,

Ripley
