The calories from my bike rides via GarminConnect recently stopped being added to my Daily Goal cal alfman02 — Jul 07, 2018 10:55AM PDT

The calories from my bike rides via GarminConnect have been showing up in MFP correctly.

The calories from these rides get added to my Daily Goal calories until recently.

For the last couple days, I can see the ride in MFP but it's no longer adjusting the Daily Goal calories.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hello alfman02,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. In reviewing your account, I do see you are a MyFitnessPal Premium member. One of the features for MyFitnessPal Premium is the ability to choose whether or not you would like your Daily Calorie Goal adjusted when logging an exercise. From your description, it sounds like you may have this setting set to “Off”. Would you please check this setting to make sure that it is not disabled?

In the Android App:
From your homepage, navigate to the App menu in upper left corner > Premium Features tab > Exercise Calorie Settings (barbell icon). Then ensure the When I log an exercise: increase my daily calorie goal toggle i switched to the on position (toggle will be blue when on, grey when off).

On the website:
From your homepage, click the Premium tab > Exercise Calorie Settings (barbell icon) > When I log an Exercise: Adjust my daily calorie goal, and ensure the toggle is “On”.

We look forward to hearing back.

Best,

Ripley
