I'm having problems getting my phone and computer to sync kMcBride099 — Jul 10, 2018 11:41PM PDT

I read on someone's question that the account names need to be the same. So I tried changing my profile name to the one on my phone. It gave me the message "This user name is already taken". Is there anyway to sync both accounts? I don't care if I lose previous data. I just want to be able to use both devices in the future.

I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app but that didn't work.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. If you have multiple accounts, what you will need to do is fully log out of the account on the website, and then log back in using the same email/username and password you used to log in on your phone.
