Syncing Apps ashljo — Jul 11, 2018 11:31AM PDT

I use map my run from my phone and it never syncs into my fitness pal exercise diary. I have tried to run the sync from Mapmyrun.com--Constant errors (failed sync) then I don't see any way of syncing from either app from the phone. The exercise tab on the mfp app is too generic, it doesn't give an option to sync from apps or fitbands. They say they are "connected" Please help with these inconsistencies.

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you try relinking the accounts from MapMyRun’s end online to see if that will help?

To do this, go to http://www.mapmyrun.com/workout/import/dashboard/ and find the MyFitnessPal box which should have a green check in the right corner. Hover over the green check to reveal a red minus sign and click that to reveal a Disconnect option. Click that and then OK to disconnect.

Once that is done, go the the black + in the MyFitnessPal box, click it and then click Connect at MyFitnessPal to link once more.
