the link that i'm receiving is broken.
have tried it a few times the last week and still nothing.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. What is indicating that the link is broken for you? Do you click the link and receive an error? Do you click the link and it looks like things process correctly, but you still see the “your email isn’t verified” banner? The more specific you can be with details as to what is happening for you, the better picture we can get.

Would you also let us know the following:

How are you tapping on the verification link? Is it via your email on your mobile device or via your computer?

If mobile device:
-What type of device do you have?
-What OS is installed on that device?
-What version of the MyFitnessPal app is installed? If you’re using the Android/iOS apps, you can find this from the menu > Help > About Us.
-Does the issue only happen on mobile? Or is it also happening when clicking the link via your computer?

If computer:
-In what web browser are you experiencing this issue?
-What is your browser version?
-What OS is installed on your computer?
-Does the issue only happenwhen clicking the link via your computer? Or is it also happening on mobile?
