Shared Itunes wne0075 — Aug 07, 2018 10:12AM PDT

My wife upgraded to premium. We share the same iTunes account. When I try to upgrade it tells me I already have (referencing my account). But I cannot access premium. Only my wife can.

Hi there,

Our sincere apologies for any problems you are having purchasing Premium. Since you are set up with iTunes sharing, and Premium has already been purchased on one account, unfortunately, you can not purchase the Premium option again. At this time, the system is only set up to allow for one subscription per iTunes account.

If you would like to add premium to your account, you would need to do so from the main website. Simply log into any web browser at and sign in with the same username and password as you do with the app. Once logged in, you can then click on the “Premium” sub tab or go to this link:

Once you have purchased the Premium option it will then transfer to any platform we offer Premium on, when the same username and password are used, and you have a valid internet connection.
