Hello,

I was attempting to sign up for the 1-year membership for $49.99/year, and my account was charged this amount. However, my profile still prompts me to "join premium" and I show no active subscriptions. I used your website to sign up. I would like either my money back or my MFP app to be updated with my yearly subscription please.

I found no other way to contact you (by phone would have been nice) so please get back to me for it is not a great feeling having $50 just up in limbo and still not getting to access premium.
