Hi there,
I currently have NO subscriptions and have been inactive for quite some time.
I have lost 100 lbs and I don’t care to be on here.
I want to cancel my CC info.; Cancel my Premium subscription; and delete my account.
There is no one to talk to. I am now in Italy, on a Naval base.

It should be as easy as CLICKING buttons.
But no - it’s not.
I will inform USAA that any further transactions from you are fraudulent.
Please cancel all subscriptions and delete my account.

Hey Emily,

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Your membership or subscription might renew if you don’t cancel your membership or subscription more than 24 hours before your renewal date.
You are canceling the next billing charge — Premium features will remain available to you until the end of your current paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel the automatic renewal.

Please note that you must process a request for cancellation of your renewal using the same platform on which you originally paid. *

Log in to http://www.myfitnesspal.com and click “My Home” then “Premium”

On the Premium detail page, click “Subscription Settings” in the upper right corner.

Set the “Auto-Renewal” menu from “On” to “Off” to opt out of Premium at the end of your current billing cycle.

I should say, when I go to delete it says I have an active subscription, even after I stopped it from Automatically renewal.
It’s CRAZY!
