I have logged into my fitness website fine via safari to log this issue, but if I launch the iOS app on the iPad it fails with can not connect to server. What options do I have? I have deleted and reinstalled the app, same problem. Rebooted the IPad, same problem.
Looking for help, would prefer to use iPad which is always in Kitchen

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you let us know the iOS version installed on your iPad, and the model of your iPad? You can find the iOS version in the app’s menu by tapping “Help” then “About Us”. In older versions of the app, “About Us” is on the “More” page.
