I too am having a problem cancelling. What is the best and easiest way? I didn't join through I tunes.

Hey thanks for posting your question. It sounds like you are wanting to cancel your Premium subscription. Is this correct? Please let us know if you are instead trying to cancel your MyFitnessPal account all together.

According to our records, the Premium account associated with this username, was started on you iOS device. So to cancel it, you will need to turn off the auto-renewal in iTunes/App Store.
