Google fit doubling my calories for exercise jtsmith1287 — Sep 12, 2018 01:19PM PDT
Right now I have 2 exercises tracked from Google fit, and nothing else. This is normal for me. Google fit is saying I have 6115 steps so far, totaling 440 calories. It also shows my run this morning for 384 calories. The problem here is that half the steps in the 6115 are from the run, which means I'm getting double what I should be. I should be seeing the run calories, and then the walking calories based on the step difference from that activity.
How do I fix it, if there is one? It's throwing everything off.

When an exercise is logged, your adjustment data will modify itself as to not double-count your calorie burn. You can view your daily adjustment details for additional information by tapping on the Google calorie adjustment.
All the best,
