Steps not syncing between GC and MFP theredmcmxcix — Sep 13, 2018 01:52AM PDT

Hi
Only had my Vivofit yeterday so new to this.
How regularly should steps sync between GC and MFP? It did it twice for me yesterday and I've no idea why it did it when it did.
MFP still isn't showing all the steps that GC recorded yesterday and it hasn't synced at all today.
Thanks

I have been through every thread on this forum prior to posting this by the way.

I have un-linked/re-linked 4 times now, checked local times, checked that GC is an app in MFP.com, connected from MFP app to GC app, connected from GC app to MFP app.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the trouble with your Garmin Connect integration. When we view your account status we are currently seeing that your Garmin Connect has reported 5936 steps and 1574 calories burned as of 5:08 pm. We are showing that you are receiving an adjustment for 95 calories for your tracked activity. Please follow up with us if you are not seeing the adjustment line on your end or if the amount reported by Garmin Connect in your adjustment details does not match what is showing in your Garmin Connect dashboard for the same time.

Keep in mind that the calorie adjustment is not showing your tracked exercise calories but rather the amount by which your total calorie burn for the day has exceeded our calculation for your day to day calorie burn. This means that your adjustment line will show as 0 until you have earned the extra calories in the form of an adjustment.

For more insight into how the calorie adjustments work, please visit the following link: http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1084232-what-is-the-calorie-adjustment-in-my-exercise-diary--

Warm Regards,
