2018-09-13 Android Update Nonfunctional JohannVII — Sep 13, 2018 02:22PM PDT

As of the Android app update this afternoon (Sept. 9, 2018), reported as version 18.9.1 in the app info, MFP will no longer launch. It hangs on a blank white screen with a thin blue bar across the top where the Android status icons live.

I've tried clearing the cache, clearing all data, reinstalling, rebooting the phone and reinstalling, and nothing has helped. My phone is an HTC One (M7, Sprint variant), running Android version 5.0.2 (kernel 3.4.10-g20b400e), HTC Sense version 6.0, full software version 6.23.651.10.

We have logged a ticket with our developers so they can take a look into this. We hope they can investigate this issue further and get this resolved as soon as we can.
