Exercise stopped / having trouble updating from Garmin Connect - used to work fine until 09/28/18 .. jim3065 — Sep 29, 2018 07:39PM PDT

Wondering what's going on with MFP app since yesterday (09/28/18), as far as my exercises (Garmin Connect)are sometimes not updating in a timely fashion, as they always used to prior to above referenced date ??

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the trouble with your Garmin Connect integration. When we view your account status we are currently seeing that your Garmin Connect has reported 5790 steps and 1659 calories burned as of 12:22 pm. We are showing that you are receiving an adjustment for 0 calories since your tracked calorie burn has not yet exceeded what we are already giving you credit for, based on your profile info.

If you click on the Garmin ConnectCalorie Adjustment line in your diary, we can look at the Garmin Connect calories burned vs the MyFitnessPal Calories Burned. In order to see an adjustment the Garmin Connect calories burned number must be higher. When you add an individual exercise entry, you’ll notice that you are already getting for credit for the exercise’s calorie burn in your calories remaining summary. In your adjustment detail it gets added to the MyFitnessPal number, reducing your Garmin Connect calorie adjustment by the amount of your individual exercise entry, to avoid receiving double credit for the activity. If this makes the MyFitnessPal number greater the adjustment will go back to 0 until the Garmin Connect number once again passes it.
