Linked app not showing lyndseys5 — Oct 05, 2018 01:53PM PDT

I linked my fitbit a while ago and have just started reusing but my steps or exercise are not linking through and the Fitbit app is not showing as connected on my profile. I have tried to link but then it says I already have it attached to my account but cannot find it anywhere. Please help!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

After looking into the status of your account, we do not see a Fitbit about connected.

You can link your Fitbit account from our website, or via iOS apps.
Once you have registered your Fitbit tracker and created an account at fitbit.com:

On the Web
Log in to www.myfitnesspal.com, visit this link and click “Connect Accounts”, which should be directly under the “Buy” Option

In our iOS apps

Launch the MyFitnessPal app and go to the main Menu on the left hand side, then Scroll to “Apps & Devices”, scroll down to Fitbit Tracker, then hit the blue “Connect” button.

You will be taken to a page at Fitbit.com where you can authorize the connection between your MyFitnessPal account and your Fitbit account. (If you are not already logged in at Fitbit.com, you will need to log in before you can complete the authorization).

If you are using one of our other apps, simply connect online and the connection will transfer to those apps.
