
MFP premium issue sallyspite — Oct 08, 2018 04:11PM PDT
I have been with MFP since 2013. Last year, I opted for the premium option to get the carb tracking. When it came due this year, I attempted to cancel it but for some reason couldn't. Now when I actually login, I find the new premium account is totally blank and for some reason not a continuation of my old account (which also was premium) I have no desire for a separate account. How do I get this canceled?
