I'm also just seeing I've been getting charged, with no notice. All charges need to be reimbursed. I don't see the option to not allow auto renewal or to cancel as mentioned in support.

Same issue with Google Play. They have said that you are not letting people know when the cancel after the 1 month period. I hit the cancel button again and I was still charged $49.99 for an absolutely useless product to me. You won't fix it Google won't fix it and I am appealing to my bank to not pay it. Bad business!!! Will never recommend you now.
