I recently had to create a new My Fitness Pal Account because I cannot remember my password and I no longer have access to the email my old account was associated with so I cannot reset the password. I have been trying to link my new My Fitness Pal account to my Fitbit, but it keeps telling it is linked to another My Fitness Pal account. I have already gone into the Fitbit app and revoked My Fitness Pal access then tried to link it to the new account. It still didn't work. I have sent several emails to My Fitness Pal for help, but keep getting automated responses that do not answer my question and I'm becoming very frustrated with their "help". Does anyone else have any other suggestions on how to fix this?

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in at http://www.fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply
Your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A

I cannot login to my old account to retrieve my ID#. I do not remember my password and no longer have access to the email linked to my old MFP account which means I cannot reset the password.

Your Fitbit ID# will be found on the Fitbit website and not MyFitnessPal. If you use the steps in the previous post, you can find the ID and we can then remove that Fitbit manually from our end.
