I can successfully log into my online browser (Safari) account, but cannot open the iPhone APP. It says unable to connect to the server. Can any one please help! I have an iPhone 10S

For many members, uninstalling the MyFitnessPal app, then redownloading it, has resolved this for them. Would you mind doing this and then let me know if this has helped any or if the issue is still occurring?
If you’re still having trouble, please let us know if you’re seeing the same issue when you login using your username and password vs logging in with your email and password.

like the poster above, I'm unable to log into my iphone app as well. I have an iphone 8. Was working fine until today.
It says "unable to connect to the server". I uninstalled and redownloaded it but it still doesn't work

acatually, i just used the today1me as my user name but it still says "we were unable to connect to the server to log you in"

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies for any issues you were having with logging into the apps or syncing issues with the app and website. We are currently working on a resolution and hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.
