exercise not syncing with my health app sinipatti4059 — Oct 30, 2018 06:42AM PDT

Within the last week my fitness pal is not syncing the exercise information over to my health app.
I have to go in and manually sync. I have used these apps to sync since day one and never had an issue

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you let me know what you mean by manually sync so we can take a closer look? Are you forcing a sync in MyFitnessPal, force closing the apps, entering in an exercise into MyFitnessPal manually, or something else?
