Calorie burn via FitBit Tracker "Workout" button, recorded into MFP? 06werdna — Nov 05, 2018 11:21AM PST

I see from
https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/questions/16217301-fitbit-workouts
that FitBit workout calories are pulled through to MFP though individual workouts are not.

So, does this
1) still apply, and
2) mean that if enter my daily 11-minute workout with the calories as recorded on my FitBit, those calories will be double-counted on MFP (once as part of the pull-through and again as I enter them directly into "exercise"?

Hello,

Thanks for posting your question with us.

This information still does apply. However, the individual workout is actually added to your total Fitbit number sent over to us, so you are still getting credit for these exercises in a form of a calorie adjustment. We also block out the start and end time of the workout as not to double county the exercise.

Hope this helps to clarify,
Maximiliano
