Can't login on app jenycaulfield — Nov 05, 2018 03:19PM PST

Similar issue as another user's question today. I even changed my password, but when I try to login on the App it says my login info failed, though the same login info works on the computer.

I am having the same issue as jenycaulfield, changed my password and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still will not work

I am also having the same problem as jenycaulfield. Haven't had login problems for months, then suddenly I can't log into the app no matter what I do. Quite annoying.

Hi,
I'm following your Active Incident Status page and it says that the issue is resolved and back to normal.

The issue is not resolved for iOS users. I uninstalled the app this morning and re-installed, and I continue to see the "Alert Invalid email or password" pop-up.

Please accurately report the status of the incident. Is there an ETA when this will be resolved?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. On the afternoon of November 5, some users reported log in and syncing trouble. We believe the issue should now be resolved.

If you are still having issues, would you mind uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps?

Please make sure you know your log in information before uninstalling the app. Additionally, please make sure your data is saved on the main website at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/. To check, sign in using the same log in information as you do with the app.

Online, you can add any information that has not yet synced, and confirm all your information is there. Your information found online should resync to the app after you reinstall it. If you are not finding your account and information online, please contact us back before uninstalling the app, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue without having you lose data.

Please let us know if you continue to have any problems.
