Bought 1 year Premium Subscription - Can't Access candacel16 — Nov 06, 2018 04:17PM PST
There was issues with the system the other day and I got locked out of my account (it said my email address did not exist).
I finally got back in but now it won't go to premium which I paid for 1 year subscription in August.
I've sent emails and stuff but its all automated. How do I fix this??
