It would be SO helpful to add a goal for ADDED SUGARS. Is that on the agenda to add?

We will definitely look into the possibility of distinguishing between sugars for a future update.
For now, one workaround is to create a new meal category such as “fruits and vegetables” to log items containing natural sugars. When the food diary is viewed on our full website, or via our iPad app, nutrients are sub-totalled on a per-meal basis, making it possible to see your total natural sugar intake by logging the relevant items in a single meal.

I would also like to be able to see the difference between added sugar vs sugar consumed as whole fruit.

This would be an excellent enhancement! The WHO recommends no more than 25g of sugar per day, but according to my nutritionist, that is added sugars. I'm challenged to ensure I'm staying within the recommended parameters. Thanks for considering this for an enhancement. Your site rocks!
