Premium was purchased and is not accessible from my iPhone hphkh — Nov 07, 2018 03:46PM PST
I purchased the premium app in October. I used it until yesterday when the premium part just stopped. Old information was on there from several years ago. I thought maybe the payment didn't go through, but it indicates that my subscription is good until October 2019. I feel like I got ripped off because I cannot contact anyone about this.
