My IOS phone app will not logon since yesterday 11.8.18 am. I am able to logon using macbook chrome but app wont logon. Shows an error and send you to a logon prompt. will not logon using FB user and pw

If you are still having issues, would you mind uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps?

Please make sure you know your log in information before uninstalling the app. Additionally, please make sure your data is saved on the main website at To check, sign in using the same log in information as you do with the app.

Online, you can add any information that has not yet synced, and confirm all your information is there. Your information found online should resync to the app after you reinstall it. If you are not finding your account and information online, please contact us back before uninstalling the app, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue without having you lose data.

I was having the same issue, and uninstalling/reinstalling did the trick.
