I sent a request for help on 12/01/2018 and have not received a response ... I do not want to continue using the myfitnesspall.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble with managing your account and subscription. We do answer incoming support request emails in the order received, and our apologies if our response time has failed to meet your standards of service.
Looking on our end, it appears that you have already deleted the account. Is this correct? However, this does not cancel your Premium Subscription. Our records show that you initiated the subscription on your Apple device. We do not have access to App Store transactions or the ability to access your Apple ID account in order to manage your subscriptions for you. You will need to manage the subscription and turn off the auto-renewal function on your device or from the iTunes website.
