Data not showing on app after reinstall DFCPG — Dec 02, 2018 07:56PM PST
Because of continual crashes in the Myfitnesspal IOS app, I followed the advice given by tech support and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. While the data remains on the website and some of the details came back to the app (such as 1896 consecutive days in recording data), the data for the food that I have recorded isn't showing up on the app though it is showing up on the website. I am in on the website with my username and password. the mobile app doesn't allow me to come in via the username but via only my email address. I don't know if that impacts anything but all in all I can't get my data to sync so that it shows up on the mobile app. Any suggestions on what to do? I do need to reinstate the data (1896 days of it). Thank you for anyone who can answer this.

If that does not work, can you confirm the usernames are the same between the website and the app? To check, on the web your username will appear at the top of the page. In the app, your username should be visible under the More tab.
