I have a Galaxy S8 Samsung phone and the my fitness pal app won't load and keeps shutting down. I have uninstalled the app and re-installed and also shut down my phone and re-started with no success. Can you help me figure out what the problem might be thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you also try clearing your cache and date and see if that helps?
To clear the cache and data:
From your Android’s Home screen, tap “Menu” then “Manage apps.” Select MyFitnessPal and then choose both “Clear data” and “Clear cache”
Some versions of Android will show these options under “Settings”, then “Apps” then “MyFitnessPal”
Once completed, try one more reinstall. Please let us know if you continue to have an issue.
