Recently (the past two or three days), I have been getting "Please Wait" very often when I attempt to log in from the app on my Android phone, but I can get on the Web page for MyFitnessPal instantly. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but this did not eliminate the error. Eventually the login times out, but once in a while I get through.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you clear the cache and data and then try one more reinstall to see if it helps?

To clear the cache and data:

From your Android’s Home screen, tap “Menu” then “Manage apps.” Select MyFitnessPal and then choose both “Clear data” and “Clear cache”

Some versions of Android will show these options under “Settings”, then “Apps” then “MyFitnessPal”
