I have purchased a yearly subscription, but it doesn't work JustJo1ene — Dec 03, 2018 11:21PM PST

It does show under my subscriptions on iPhone that I have an active subscription, but neither website nor app says that I have the one.

  • The MyFitnessPal account Premium was purchased under
  • The platform Premium was purchased from (Android, iOS, Web)
  • A screenshot/copy of the Premium receipt?
