It does show under my subscriptions on iPhone that I have an active subscription, but neither website nor app says that I have the one.

When you email us, could you also include the following information:
- The MyFitnessPal account Premium was purchased under
- The platform Premium was purchased from (Android, iOS, Web)
- A screenshot/copy of the Premium receipt?
