Payment Taken Before Free Trial Ended XandriS — Dec 05, 2018 10:56AM PST

I signed up for the free one month trial from 6th November to 6 December. However on the 5th December R699 was deducted from my bank account by the my fitnesspal app. I would like a refund as my free one month trial was not yet finished and I was not planning on using the app after the trial period. I have sent emails but have not yet received replies. Please let me know who I can contact to get this payment reversed.
