paying for renewal but not getting premium regannicole27 — Dec 06, 2018 10:10AM PST

Has anyone else had problems with this and not getting a response back from the email?

To save time - i have tried: uninstalling/reinstalling as well as logging out and back in. I have receipt proof that my renewal for the month as been paid. this is getting highly irritating.

Any suggestions?
