Which nutrients are minimum goals and which are maximum? thomasschmidt29 — Dec 27, 2018 02:52PM PST

Some "goals" are obvious limits like "Fat": clearly, you want to stay under that number, but what about the rest?
Sodium I think is one I need to stay under, but what about potassium, is 3500 the max I want, or the minimum?
If I get more than 100 vitamin C is that OK? it turns red if I get over 100% which looks like a bad thing, but I thought you just pass extra vitamin C no harm done...

Some clarity on this would be appreciated, thanks!
For the app, if it's a minimum goal, it should turn green when you reach it, not red IMO

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We will definitely consider adding in more options to help clarify the different goals. In the meantime, we would recommend following up with a doctor or nutritionist on which goals you should stay under, hit, or go over.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or feedback.

Regards,
Bruce
