Some "goals" are obvious limits like "Fat": clearly, you want to stay under that number, but what about the rest?
Sodium I think is one I need to stay under, but what about potassium, is 3500 the max I want, or the minimum?
If I get more than 100 vitamin C is that OK? it turns red if I get over 100% which looks like a bad thing, but I thought you just pass extra vitamin C no harm done...
Some clarity on this would be appreciated, thanks!
For the app, if it's a minimum goal, it should turn green when you reach it, not red IMO
