Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies but we are aware that the website and apps are experience sync and server issues. In addition, this could cause sync issues with Fitbit as well. We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.

Any updates on the issue will be posted here.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Warm Regards,

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Are you still having issues with the Fitbit integration? Currently I can see that the accounts are connected and that there is adjustment data for today. If you are still having issues, please do let us know.

Regards,

I am having this issue, as well. It says my fitness tracker is connected, but there is no indication anywhere that lets me know it's actually connected/doing anything. I've burned enough calories today that there should be an adjustment and there's nothing indicating anything at all from my fitbit.

I am having this problem as well. When I try to sync map to fitbit through the map app, it says sync successful, but it never actually did. Or it will say the time of the last time i successfully synced. Steps, calories burned or calories in all will not sync. I have tried disconnecting via the apps AND from the mpg website and still nothing.
