I can't entered food all of a sudden to lunch and dinner. When I try to enter food to snacks I get an error message. Any suggestions?

Please accept our sincere apologies. Since Mon Jan 7, we were having some on and off issues with Search, and an offline error for some of our apps.
Once the issues began, our team immediately began working on a fix. However, sometimes fixes do not go as well as we hope, and the issue was on and off.
We are hopeful we have now found a permanent fix, but if not, please know we are monitoring the situation and will continue to work on it until it’s resolved.
