myfitnesspal says i already have fitbit connected even though i have already disconnected zohwi — Jan 09, 2019 02:22AM PST

I am trying to sync my new fitbit charge 2 with my fitness pal app however, my fitness pal says I already have one connected. I have gone onto my fitbit app and revoked access and tried again but it is still giving me the same message. I have contacted Fitbit who confirmed that access has been revoked but I’m still getting the same message from myfitness pal both on app and website. Any ideas please?

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in at http://www.fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

Your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
