APP no connecting to server jasonc1972 — Jan 10, 2019 02:10AM PST

When I log in with the correct details on my Samsung S8, it says can't log in to the server, but from my PC I log in fine. Can you tell me what's wrong? Are there problems? I've seen that other people have posted threads over the last few months very similar to mine.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies but we are aware that the website and apps are experience sync and server issues. In addition, this could cause sync issues with Fitbit as well. We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.
