I subscribed to the "Premium" version of myfitnesspal in May of 2018 and I made my purchase through the iTunes Store. It works perfectly on my iPhone X. When I use myfitnesspal on my iMac, it shows that I need to upgrade to the "Premium" version to use the same features I do on my phone. Your site suggests that I need to contact Apple, but when I call them they say it is an issue on your end. Any explanation or fix would be much appreciated!

We are truly sorry if you are experiencing issues with accessing your Premium features. We’ve been having some on and off issues with the program, and this is a temporary side effect while we get things restored (Please see for information).

We are currently working on this and we hope to soon have Premium working again shortly. We will do our best to update you once things are back to normal.
