I upgraded to Premium and now it won't load in Web and tries to make me repurchase (loads in App) katekrick10 — Jan 10, 2019 06:27AM PST

I purchased the Premium subscription in December 2018 for 1 year. The app on my iphone is working in premium but when I log on via website, it keeps trying to get me to resubscribe. I've tried to log out and log back in and this isn't working. It was previously working on Website but now its not. I purchased on website, not via app on iphone

Hi there,

We are truly sorry if you are experiencing issues with accessing your Premium features. We’ve been having some on and off issues with the program, and this is a temporary side effect while we get things restored (Please see https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2965822-myfitnesspal-app-and-site-down for information).

We are currently working on this and we hope to soon have Premium working again shortly. We will do our best to update you once things are back to normal.
