Upgraded to Premium, but not reflected on Web App, IOS app is fine. muldooja — Jan 10, 2019 07:05AM PST

My premium upgrade does not seem to be applying to my web account, though it is applied on my iphone app.
I primarily use chrome. All other data is synched, food logging, weight, etc.

We are truly sorry if you are experiencing issues with accessing your Premium features. We’ve been having some on and off issues with the program, and this is a temporary side effect while we get things restored (Please see https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2965822-myfitnesspal-app-and-site-down for information).

We are currently working on this and we hope to soon have Premium working again shortly. We will do our best to update you once things are back to normal.
