My Fitness Pal Premium not showing jennifer1313 — Jan 10, 2019 07:41AM PST

I pay monthly for premium and this morning i noticed the features not available and its telling me i need to upgrade. I checked my phone on my reoccurring subscriptions and this is active. Please help.

We are truly sorry if you are experiencing issues with accessing your Premium features. We’ve been having some on and off issues with the program, and this is a temporary side effect while we get things restored (Please see for information).

We are currently working on this and we hope to soon have Premium working again shortly. We will do our best to update you once things are back to normal.
