MFP Not Counting Steps drazdi7043 — Jan 10, 2019 01:13PM PST

Good Evening,

There seems to be an issue with MFP not counting my steps. I have this connected to my Samsung S8+ and my Gear S3. My gear tells me that i have done 6351 steps today and burnt 2280 Calories but this hasn't been added to my exercise. Anyone else having the same issues or is there something i can do to rectify this?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies but we are aware that the website and apps are experiencing sync and server issues.

This may look like a variety of symptoms. These symptoms include, but are not limited to the following: login, sync, Fitbit sync, challenges, user search, database search, food/exercise/weight logging, and partial or no data loading when viewing your account.

We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.
