I noticed that a problem for people who are trying to enter food to track calories happened earlier in the week. It has not been resolved for me. I began having this problem this afternoon on Thursday, January 10. I was able to log in breakfast calories but then could not get in for further log ins.
Can you help?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies but we are aware that the website and apps are experiencing sync and server issues.
This may look like a variety of symptoms. These symptoms include, but are not limited to the following: login, sync, Fitbit sync, challenges, user search, database search, food/exercise/weight logging, and partial or no data loading when viewing your account.
We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.
