Website Does Not Display Recently Added Foods or Meals (Android App Does) HeyJudii — Jan 11, 2019 06:13AM PST

I am a premium member and it is very annoying that for at least the past couple of weeks, anytime I create a food or a meal on the (Firefox, Mozilla) website, when I go back to add the food/meal to my diary (website only) I can not find the recently created food/meal in the list(s) or using the search feature.

I CAN find the newly created food/meal when I use the Android app, but because of the size of the screen everything is truncated so if I have several similar entries (by different manufacturers) I spend more time than I want to looking at each one before making a selection.

It is not the cache of the browser because it doesn't matter what PC/Laptop or WiFi network I am on, the website results are the same.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies but we are aware that the website and apps are experiencing sync and server issues.

This may look like a variety of symptoms. These symptoms include, but are not limited to the following: login, sync, Fitbit sync, challenges, user search, database search, food/exercise/weight logging, and partial or no data loading when viewing your account.

We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.
