My food/recipes are no longer on my App pacel3755 — Jan 11, 2019 07:01AM PST

I took the app off of my phone and reinstalled when I was having troubles with it earlier this week not aware that it was a company issue. Now I can't see any foods that I had used on my app but they are on the desktop version. anyway to get them over to my app as I rarely use the desktop version. thanks!

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies but we are aware that the website and apps are experiencing sync and server issues.

This may look like a variety of symptoms. These symptoms include, but are not limited to the following: login, sync, Fitbit sync, challenges, user search, database search, food/exercise/weight logging, and partial or no data loading when viewing your account.

We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.
