Food Diary not syncing with connected apps lindarains — Jan 12, 2019 08:54AM PST

My MFP app is synced to share food diary with two different apps: Garmin Connect and Castlight. Both are no longer receiving my Food Diary entries, which leads me to believe it's something on the MFP side. When I look at MFP at Apps & Devices, it's Garmin Connect is listed as connected. And when I look at Garmin Connect and Castlight, MFP is showing as connected. What in the world could the problem be?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies but we are aware that the website and apps are experiencing sync and server issues.

This may look like a variety of symptoms. These symptoms include, but are not limited to the following: login, sync, Partner sync, challenges, user search, database search, food/exercise/weight logging, and partial or no data loading when viewing your account.

We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a complete fix in place as soon as possible.
