NOT WORKING fitnessisinme — Jan 12, 2019 09:40AM PST

A Couple months ago I paid $50.00 for a full year membership upfront. 100% of the time I use MyFitnessPal on my phone. I track my macros and will be for a challenge that I'm doing tomorrow . I'm very frustrated and disappointed that now the App won't even let me log in. I would like a refund and going to a different app. I figured I'd post here since THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT MYFITNESSPAL!!!! NO PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS, OR CONTACT BAR THAT YOU CAN REACH OUT TO THEM.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Fortunately, you may reach out to MyFitnessPal via this technical forum or via email. You can find the email option via the “Help” page (top right of the website), and then clicking “Email Us”. From within the app, navigate to the app menu, then “Help”, then “FAQ and feedback”, at the bottom of that page tap “Email Us”. We do not offer phone support, so there is no phone number to call.

In order to cancel your current subscription, you will need to send a request for cancellation of your renewal using the same platform on which you originally signed up on. In your case, this is via Apple’s App Store and your iTunes account.

Apple’s policy is all purchases made via iTunes are handled directly through them. We do not have access to any payments made via iTunes, and are unable to cancel or issue refunds from our side. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to them here:

Depending on your iOS device, typically you should be able to cancel the auto-renew by going to the Settings app on your phone then iTunes & app store > click on your ID then view apple id then under subscriptions tap manage, then disable auto-renew for MyFitnessPal. For more information, please see this article from Apple to learn how to manage or cancel a recurring subscription ( You should be able to cancel your recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal date. You are canceling the next billing charge. Premium features will remain available to you until the end of your currently paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel the automatic renewal.

Please note deleting your account will not cancel your subscription, you must cancel your subscription in order to prevent further charges.

If you do decide to cancel Premium, you may still continue to enjoy the free version of the program with the same log in information as your Premium account.

If you need additional support, due to the fact that the trouble you are having is account specific and payment related, we may need additional information to verify the account and get additional private details.
