Newly added Foods cannot be found Yivs_87 — Jan 12, 2019 10:43AM PST
I've added a few new foods to my diary, but I'm not able to find them on the web app.
I tried searching for them, going through my entire list of personal foods, and nothing - as if they do not exist.
On the mobile app I'm able to find them and use them to log them into my diary - and they show in my diary in both web and mobile apps.
However, when I try searching and using those foods for a recipe I'm not able to find them neither on the mobile, nor on the web apps.
Any idea when this bug would be resolved?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our apologies but we are aware that the website and apps are experiencing sync and server issues.
This may look like a variety of symptoms. These symptoms include, but are not limited to the following: login, sync, Fitbit sync, challenges, user search, database search, food/exercise/weight logging, and partial or no data loading when viewing your account.
We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a complete fix in place as soon as possible.
